Q - Do I have to order in advance or can I just pop in?

A - Yes you can just pop into the shop for most balloons, we recommend preordering personalised balloons like bubbles and large orders such as arches in advance.

Q - What kind of balloons do we have?

A - We have hundreds of different kinds of balloons from number balloons to bespoke displays that are made to your requirements.

Q - What temperature is best for balloons?

A - Balloons are best kept at room temperature as they will pop if kept in a hot car as the helium expands when heated.  During the cold months the balloons will deflate but once at room temperature they will re-inflate.

Q - How long do balloons last?

A - Our latex balloons are treated with hifloat to help them last longer and should last between 12-24 hours.

Foil balloons last between 3-5 days and the bubble balloons last between 2-4 weeks.
